You can check your iOS 7.0 build number under: Settings > General > About, and scrolling down to Version. You could try evasi0n7 1.0.8 to jailbreak your device. If you are getting an error message saying “this ios version is not supported” when trying to jailbreak you iPhone 5S or 5C with evasi0n7, you most probably has an iPhone unit that came with build 11A466 pre-installed. Folks with those devices were having issues jailbreaking their device with evasi0n7, up until now… Apparently it’s a factory build – not available for download – of iOS 7.0 firmware and some iPhone 5S and 5C units were shipped preloaded with this build. This build number of iOS 7 is not much common. As per the changelog, Evasi0n7 1.0.8 adds support for iOS 7 build 11A466 jailbreak. Evad3rs has quietly released evasi0n7 1.0.8 update to their popular jailbreak tool at some point during the past week or so.
